Insurance & InsurTech
The healthcare industry is vast and complex, with various stakeholders involved in the delivery of healthcare services. One of the most critical components of healthcare is healthcare insurance, which provides financial protection to individuals and organisations against the costs of medical treatment. However, the process of managing healthcare insurance policies and claims can be time-consuming and complicated. We aim to simplify this process by developing a health insurance and claims platform for organisations, clinics and service providers.
The challenge was to develop a platform that would allow organisations to manage their health insurance policies and claims efficiently. The platform needed to be user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that would make it easy for administrators to manage policies and claims. Moreover, the platform needed to be able to integrate with existing healthcare systems to provide a seamless experience for users.
To address the challenge, the team developed a health insurance and claims platform that would simplify the process of managing healthcare insurance policies and claims for organisations. The platform was designed with an intuitive interface that made it easy for administrators to manage policies and claims.
The platform allowed the on-site team to digitise all organisation records and keep track of all employees across multiple organisations remotely. The on-site team was also able to monitor all activities such as claims, subscriptions and transactions by organisation or individual employees directly from their app.
The policies module was comprehensive, covering all aspects of healthcare insurance policies, including enrolment, renewal, and termination. It was also designed to be flexible, allowing organisations to customise the system to meet their specific needs.
The claims module was designed with an intuitive interface to make it easy for users to make appointments, receive assessments and submit claims. The platform incorporated a notification system to keep administrators informed about new claims and provide status updates.
The platform was designed to integrate seamlessly with existing healthcare systems, allowing administrators to manage profiles and claims for multiple clinics and service providers participating in the ecosystem.
The results of the project were outstanding. The curriculum management system was successfully developed and implemented in several educational institutions. The system was well-received by teachers and administrators, who found it easy to use and efficient.
The system also had a positive impact on course and programme approval process. Teachers were able to create more effective curriculums resulting in faster approval process with the Malaysian Qualification Association (MQA)
In conclusion, the development of a curriculum management system for the education sector has been a significant achievement for the project team. The system has helped to improve the efficiency of educational institutions while also adhering the the Malaysian Qualification Associations (MQA) standards.
